Uruguay's economy is greatly dependent on farming, finance and tourism. They are also looking forward an outstanding outsourcing option with the country's quality of education and cheaper wages like India to the US market

According to Reporte Inmolilario, there was a 13 percent rise in the price of apartments in Montevideo and gross rental yields ranging from 6 to 9 percent.
